27 out of 30 Super30 aspirants make it to IIT

Living up to its reputation, the Super 30 group by mathematician Anand Kumar has again excelled in JEE this year, with 27 out of its 30 students, all from poor and highly disadvantaged backgrounds, cracking the exam. Among those successful are children the of a cobbler, a roadside vendor and grocer.

Since it’s inception in 2001, 308 of the 360 children enrolled in the institution have cracked the JEE.
